We Had a Party!

My parents had a reception for us on Saturday night. It was amazing to be able to catch up with everyone. And I mean everyone. At our best estimate we had about 67 people at the house. It was a very nice way to end our time in the States -- being sent out by friends and family.

A Few Days Away

We just got back from spending a few days on Jekyll Island. My parents decided to give us two nights in a hotel for our wedding present and it was a great idea! We really enjoyed having some time alone together to rest and regroup before the final push to get ready to return to Morocco. Only five more days! We have most everything that we are trying to get over to Morocco with us, its just a matter of finding space for it all and packing it up....

Our hotel was by the beach and enjoyed the view





Jekyll Island was a private club for some of the richest men in America at the beginning of the 20th century, so we walked around the historic district and looked at their houses. We were pretty overwhelmed by how big they were.





All of the Christmas decorations were still up, so I took lots of pictures of them because I like to take pictures and just found out how to take good Christmas light pictures. I'm only putting two up, though. I'm sure y'all don't really want to see all of them!
